Ingredients
  1. 1 medium pluot
  2. 6 ounces of raspberries
  3. 1 tsp of maqui berry powder
  4. 1 tbsp of fitness fiber
  5. 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  6. 1 cup ice cubes
  7. 1 cup of fair life nonfat milk or almond milk if you prefer.
