A simple Tex-Mex dish that is also healthy.
A delicious and simple recipe for Mexican pizza your family will love. Mexican Pizza is delicious as a pizza crust or flour tortilla topped with any number of toppings. You can add beans, beef, cheese, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, or even guacamole. The only limit is your imagination. You can eat them whole or cut into wedges and serve them as an appetizer. The following recipe
This simple recipe is a very tasty dish that I love to make for my family. It is TexMex twist on an American favorite (pizza). It is healthier and tastes better than Taco Bell. I usually eat 1/3 of the pizza, but you will have to determine the right serving size for you. I would replace the crust if I did it again with a flatzza high fiber crust. Enjoy.
