Ingredients
6ozFrozen Concentrate Orange Juice
1medium Navel Orange
4tspFitness Fiber
1cupGreek vanilla yogurt
1cup2% Reduced Fat VanillaMootopia from HEB for example
2tspVanilla Extract
8ice cubes

Prepare the Orange by Trimming peeled orange into 1⁄4-1/2" chunks one end of orange.

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Add 2 cups ice and blend on high to break up the ice.

Pour smoothie into glasses and garnish with orange slices.
