Easy Orange Gingerade
This refreshing drink will only take you a minute longer than pouring a glass of water. It tastes amazing and will help with nausea. I find it the ultimate refreshment on a hot afternoon.
Orange Gingerade Nutrition:
This is delicious and refresing drink for a summer day.
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1/2 inch of ginger
- 1 large navel orange

- Cook time is time in a high speed blender. Each serving has 3-4 grams of fiber.
