A delicious smoothie to remind you of a childhood treat.

When first introduced, smoothies were a huge success. They are a far cry from the Orange Julius drinks I had a child. They are nutritious and can be a filling part of or replacement for a meal while on the go. My all-time favorite is this Peach TangerineSmoothie because it is sweet and tasty. The best part is it is full of nutrients.

The Peach Tangerine Smoothie is probably one of the best smoothies I have made.  It is delicious and filling.  

Peach Tangerine Smoothie

Ingredients:

 1 cup fat free fairlife milk
 1 tangerine pealed and sectioned
 1 peachleave the peal on
 2 tsp fitness fiber

Directions:

Place in blender and blend till smooth.
