Pineapple Strawberry Flax Smoothie

This recipe is a simple smoothie recipe that tastes great and is very easy to make. It is not only a treat for tastebuds but also packs the fiber to keep you full all morning long. It can also be a filling snack or deserts for adults and kids alike.

This strawberry pineapple smoothie takes only minutes to make and you will be ready to fill your belly with this delicious and flavorful smoothie. All you need to make this smoothie is 6 ingredients and the best part is nearly all of the ingredients are either shelf stable or frozen. The only ingredient that might spool is the kefir but it can be replaced with any nut or milk replacement. Blen and enjoy the flavor!

Ingredients:

 1 cup Kefir
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
 1 FiberDX from Barn Dad Nutrition
 70 g frozen strawberries
 70 g frozen pineapple

Directions:

Place the strawberries, kefir, pineapple, honey, flax, FiberDX, chia seeds, and flax.
in a blender until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
