Recipe: Dragon Fruit Raspberry Probiotic Smoothies

Recipe-WordRecipe-Word

This recipe is a simple smoothie recipe that tastes great and is very easy to make. It is not only a treat for tastebuds but also packs the fiber to keep you full all morning long. The combination of flax and chia seeds adds healthy fats and fiber. Chia seeds are equally impressive a decent source of protein and fiber. Kefir adds probiotics to keep your bowels happy. I have added some frozen peaches and honey for a little sweet flavor. This simple smoothie has enough fiber and protein to keep you full all morning long. It can also be a filling snack or deserts for adults and kids alike.
