A simple and refreshing summer smoothie.

A simple high fiber orange raspberry rhubarb smoothie with added fiber and plenty of protein.  It is full of fiber, vitamin K, and calcium but without a lot of calories. Rhubarb is the perfect summer vegetable to thicken a smoothie and add some fiber and potassium. A nice dose of pea protein could replace the milk and make it vegan. The fiber will keep you refreshed and full for hours!

Raspberry Orange Rhubarb Smoothie

Ingredients:

 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
 1 orange Peeled
 1 cup water
 2 tsp fitness fiber
 1 scoop of Anytime Vanilla Protein
 2 oz frozen raspberries
 1 oz rhubarb chopped and frozen

Directions:

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
