  1. 2 cup Fairlife Skim
  2. 2 scoops of protein mix - vanilla or unflavored
  3. 4 tsp fitness fiber
  4. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  5. 1 tbsp vanilla
  6. 4 ice cubes
Add ingredients to shopping list
