Tropical Cranberry Pear Smoothie
This recipe is a delicious cranberry pear smoothie with a touch of tropical flavor from coconut and orange. I added a little pea protein and chia seeds for extra protein and fiber but you could easily replace them with flax and whey.
- 1 small orange
- 1 medium pear
- 2 ounces of cranberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pea protein
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 cup of ice
- Place in blender and blend till smooth,
- The cook time is actually blender time. Each serving has 7 grams of fiber.
