Tropical Cranberry Pear Smoothie

This recipe is a delicious cranberry pear smoothie with a touch of tropical flavor from coconut and orange.  I added a little pea protein and chia seeds for extra protein and fiber but you could easily replace them with flax and whey.

Ingredients
  1. 1 small orange
  2. 1 medium pear
  3. 2 ounces of cranberries
  4. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  5. 1 tbsp pea protein
  6. 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  7. 1 cup of ice
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Place in blender and blend till smooth,

  1. The cook time is actually blender time. Each serving has 7 grams of fiber.
