If you are trying to lose wright or get healthier, the worst thing you can do is feel that you have slipped up or are failing. Regret and guilt will follow and you will being to worsen you eating habits. One meal will grown into one days of overeating which will expand into a week and next thing you know you have gain 20 pounds. The worst type of eating is emotion eating. If you have regret or guilt and are depressed, you will overeat and the negative emotions will grow.
Don’t let a little slip up define you and have you tube down. Fight to get back up and kick regret, guilt, and depression square in the buttocks. You can and will do this.
