Why haven’t I lost weight?
I have said this before, but it is time to review this topic as we enter into the new year. We are impatient and expect instant changes. Weight loss takes time, and you need avoid becoming discouraged.
Weight loss and fitness require a lot of effort that is more than just exercise or diet changes. You need to do both to be successful at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Motivation is the key to all successful healthy changes.
