I really love the recipes and have made quite a few of them. All recipes on her site contain no added sugars, no processed or refined grains, and minimal ultra-processed foods. If you have read any sites on this website, you know I abhor processed foods and think they are the bain on you slim waistlines and wellness.
You may find it exceptionally hard to avoid processed foods and empty calories like sugars, but doing so will help you feel and perform better. The good news is a quick trip to her site may help you learn about why you need to avoid them and find a few delicious recipes to avoid adding processed foods and ingredients to your diet.
The bottom line: Summer not only preaches the sermon, but she also has lost a significant amount of weight. She used her methods to lose 70 pounds and keep it off. I highly recommend her website: Summer Yule Nutrition. If there was one criticism, I would say there are too many ads, then again, you have to make a living.
