The key to successful weight loss is change. 

You will never lose weight until you change and the secret to successful weight loss is in developing a new routine.

We all get stuck in a rut or a counterproductive routine.  Remember that the definition of insanity is to keep trying the same failed measures of the past while expecting a different outcome.  You keep trying the plan that has failed to deliver success in the past or you can start fresh and pave a new road to your goals.  

The biggest cause of failure for most of those trying to lose weight is diverting back to the habits of old once you find success.  Find a routine that works and never detour back to the old route of failure.
