Eat Lots of Fruits and Vegetables Can Keep You Feeling Full Longer

Anything you can do to keep yourself feeling full longer can assist with weight loss.  One key to success in diets for weight loss is to include plenty of fruits and vegetables.   Fruits and vegetables are that high in fiber and low in calories and can keep you satiated.  Fruits and vegetables tend to be higher in fiber, and this fact makes them a wonderful ingredient for successful weight loss.  The fact is that fruits and vegetables are research proven to help with weight loss.  Also, fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals that are essential for efficient bodily function.  Nutritionists and experts, in the past, recommended adding 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables to your daily diet., but there is evidence that 8-10 servings are even better.

In the past, I recommended getting a fruit bowl because it might increase fruit consumption.  Maybe we need a veggie bowl too.  

The bottom line: The more non-starchy fruits and vegetables you consume, the lower your risk of obesity.  They will help promote satiety and keep you full longer.  I recommend at least eight servings a day.
