Protein Early Will Mean Less Calorie Intake.

Increase you early morning protein intake.  I say “pound the protein” earlier in the day to reduce your calories eaten all day.  Protein is digested more slowly than most other foods.  If you add a little protein during breakfast, you will feel fuller the rest of the day.
