Walking

Exercise can be fit into your schedule each day and does not have to cost you any money.  You can increase your exercise with simple changes and exercise for hours at a time is not required.  It can be as simple as walking to complete as many of your errands as possible.  Each of these may seem like such a small change but small things can make a huge difference over time.

Instead of being the lazy guy or gal who parks up close, I recommend that you park as far from the building as possible when you have to do to work, the store, or just about any place you may stop.  It may only add a few hundred steps to your path, but these can be the difference in a few pounds over a year.   Heck, if you want to turbo charge your weight loss, take the stairs instead of the elevator.  The stairs is an excellent way to boost your energy consumption.

The bottom line: Parking further from the building adds steps and even this small number of steps adds a little exercise to your daily routine can boost your weight loss.
