Progress report: 18 February 2018

A small step back.  

On Friday, I made good progress to about 224.6.  Today, I weigh 228.  I have had a weekend that has been full of splurges.  My family came to visit and I went hog wild.  Now, I get back on the horse.

Whew, I am making progress.  

I had a great weekend with my family and I ate out twice with no weight gain.  I did eat what I wanted but I avoided splurges.  That is the hardest thing because we were out of town for a rocket launch.
