KETO stagnation.
I have slipped up a little
Report:
- Weight: 236 pounds – Lost 4 pounds
- Body Fat: 23% – 1% lost
- Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates. Alcohol has been a problem.
- Exercise: Exercising every day.
The bottom line: 1 pounds lost this week. I guess progress is progress.
