Whoops, another step back.

It is the week of the Holiday Ball and I am going to go and take the weekend off to attend the event.

Today, I weighed 233.


  • Weight: 233 pounds – down 1 pound in two weeks.
  • Body fat – still at 28%

The bottom line: The train is off the rails, again
