Fourth week of progress
Week 5 is now complete. Good progress thus far.
Progress report:
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 231
- Ended at 229.5
- Down 1.5 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 0.2% – total loss of 2.2% and 3.8% to go.
- Exercise:
- 5 of the last 5 days with 24 miles and 90K steps
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 5 of 7 days.
- No alcohol continues.
The bottom line: Great week but not perfect. Still need to do better.
