Fourth week of progress

Week 5 is now complete.  Good progress thus far.

Progress report:

  • Weight:
    • Started last Monday at 231
    • Ended at 229.5
    • Down 1.5 pounds
  • Body Fat:
    • Down another 0.2% – total loss of 2.2% and 3.8% to go.
  • Exercise:
    • 5 of the last 5 days with 24 miles and 90K steps
  • Diet:
    • I followed my plan for 5 of 7 days.
    • No alcohol continues.

The bottom line: Great week but not perfect. Still need to do better.
