Third week of progress
Week 3 is complete and I am on vacation. Small slips but nothing major so far,
Progress report:
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 232.1
- Ended at 231.8
- Down 0.3 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 0.5%
- Exercise:
- 4 of the last 7 days with 2.5 miles and 10K steps
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 6 of 7 days.
- I have had a little alcohol so I need to get back on the road to success and cut this out.
The bottom line: Lots of Room for improvement but not huge deal. We will get back on track.
