I have to start new.
After nearly 6 weeks with no progress. I feel terrible. I am tired. Too much alcohol and sweets. It is time to start fresh.
Update:
- Weight: 235 pounds with o pounds gained since Monday. Goal: 214 pounds.
- Body Fat: 0% body fat loss.
Time to move out.
