The no progress, progress report.

I am moving on four weeks from my last PT test and my diet continues to suffer.  The good news is that my weight is stable.   

Update:

  • Weight:  229 pounds with o pounds gained since Monday.  Goal: 214 pounds.  
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

Time to move out.
