Making some progress.
I am a month from having to weight in and COVID is keeping me from my normal routine, but I am making progress. I have long haul syndrome but I will lick this.
- Weight: 230 pounds
- Body Fat: 20%
- Diet: Fewer carbohydrates but still too many simple sugars. minimal alcohol.
- Exercise: Need to add the bike and walking.
The bottom line: Small progress is still progress.
