A new start!

Today I weigh 228 pounds and I did not make weight this week.

Report:

  • Weight: 228 pounds – 7 pounds down
  • Body Fat: 21%
  • Diet: Improved. Need more fiber.
  • Exercise: The goal is 150 minutes of exercise and 10000 steps per day. I did not meet this goal but I am riding the bike every day.

The bottom line: There is still a lot of room for improvement.
