Staring week three and moving forward.
This weekend was a rocket weekend and I did not follow my diet. The good news is that there was no weight gain.
Today, I weighed 231, again.
Update:
- Weight: 231 pounds – down 3 pounds in two weeks.
- Body fat – still at 28%
The bottom line: This week is a week of parties. We will see if I fall off the rails.
