The perfect dip and dressing made a little healthier.
I want to make something that I could dip Buffalo Strips in during the football games so here you go, but what are Bafflo strips without ranch dip. The best part is that this dip goes great with Buffalo or vegetables. If you want it as a dip, make it thick. If you want it as a dressing, add some additional buttermilk to make it thin.
This Healthier version of Ranch Dip has a base of greek yogurt so it is thick and creamy. It can be added to a sandwich, used as a dip for vegetables, or used with chicken strips. The best part is it is higher in protein and better for you. Stay skinny and enjoy.
