I love Piña Coladas or Pina Coladas if you do not have the special characters on your keyboard. This is an awesome drink that I think you will love. You will need a Ninja Blender and xylitol, pineapple extract, and coconut extract.

This recipe has less than 100 calories per serving. I often add a little fiber or protein mix to give it an extra kick. It is a great snack or a light desert.
This recipe has 1-2 tsp of xylitol. It will have 90-100 calories based on the xylitol content. I used Olive Nation extracts.
