Carrot Ginger Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

 60 g carrots
 1 scoop FiberDx by BardDad Nutrition
 1 cup Low-Fat Plain Kefir Lifeway
 1 tsp Ginger
 ¾ cup Frozen Gold Pineapple

Directions:

Place ingredients in the blender.

Blend for 45 seconds. More if your blender is cheap.
