It’s a good start so far

Today, I am at 281 and feel better.  I have more energy, and my joints hurt a lot less.  I have heard nothing but bad things about Adipex, but this is not that bad.  I have only had a little trouble sleeping.  

  • Weight: 281 – Down 10 pounds.  
  • Exercise: About 4000-7000s steps a day – mostly a part of my work day.
  • Alcohol: Dry.  
  • Calories: About 1200-1500 day. 

The bottom line: Good start, but very early.
