A good start is turning into a great start.

Today, I am at 276 and feel great.  I still have trouble sleeping.  I’m not sure if it is the adipex or stress at work.   

  • Weight: 276 – Down 4 pounds.  
  • Exercise: 3000-7000 steps
  • Alcohol: None so far.  
  • Calories: About 1100-1500 day. 

The bottom line: I: Progress is progress.  I need to keep going.
