Another week of progress

Ok, this is where the wheels come off.  Week 3 starting up will be a week where I start a vacation.  I am not authorizing a vacation from my healthy eating.  

Progress report:

  • Weight:
    • Started last Monday at 236.8
    • Ended at 232.1
    • Down 4 pounds
  • Body Fat:
    • Down another 0.2%
  • Exercise:
    • 6 of the last 7 days with 2.5 miles and 10K steps
  • Diet:
    • I followed my plan for 6 of 7 days.
    • Zero Alcohol.

The bottom line: Room for improvement but I am making up some ground.
