A new start!

Good progress and heading into the holidays! A little stagnation but no slips back.

Report:

  • Weight: 229 pounds
  • Body Fat: 20%
  • Diet: Too many sweets and alcohol.
  • Exercise: The goal is 120 minutes of exercise and 8000 steps per day.

The bottom line: Steps foward but there is a lots of room for improvement.
