Exercise can help, but a flat belly is made in the Kitchen.
Exercise motivation is tough. Many morning that I have planned to exercise ended with me rolling over and burying my face in the pillow to find from the sunlight. There is no way way to keep motivated, but remember each day is one step to improved health. Food is one of the most abused drugs out there and ti si very ineffective for anxiety but we keep reaching for it. On the other hand, exercise does work for depression. If you chose exercise, you have chosen wisely.
