New Path to Health!: My Health Journey

PATH TO HEALTHPATH TO HEALTH

I am starting with a similar post to where I started nearly seven years ago.  I have decided it is time to make a change in my life.  I am on new path to better health.

In January, I decided to make a change. I gained 65 pounds in the prior three years. I have drifted to less exercise and more time sitting at a desk.  I have drifted to less and less exercise and more time sitting at a desk.  I do not need to tell you how bad sitting is for fitness and health.  A change had to be made.    This blog will document my successes.

In the past, I have tried every fad diet in the world to lose weight.  You name it; I tried it.  No more!  I am starting new and will document my journey on this website.  If you find the tips helpful, please share them on Facebook or Twitter.

The bottom line is I need to make a change. I am not on blood pressure and cholesterol meds, and I hurt all of the time.
