Time off again.
I am exercising but not dieting. I have remained stable.
Update:
- Weight: 236 pounds – gained 0 pounds in a weekend. No change.
- Body fat: 29%, down by 1 percent in 6 weeks. Down 0.5 in a week of fasting. No change over the weekend.
- Waist: 41 inches. Down 0.5 in a week.
The bottom line: As long as I do not gain a bunch of weight, we will be ok.
