Almost to the end of my first week of the business trip.

This week has not ended with a disaster. One more week away from home.

Update:

  • Weight: 234 pounds – gained 3 pounds since 24 February (237).
  • Body fat: 26%. Down 1 %
  • Waist: 40.5 inches. Down 0.5 inches.
  • Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
  • Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
  • Diet: Just eat sensibly.

The bottom line: The next update is Monday. Maybe I will finally avoid the wheels coming off.
