Almost to the end of my first week of the business trip.
This week has not ended with a disaster. One more week away from home.
Update:
- Weight: 234 pounds – gained 3 pounds since 24 February (237).
- Body fat: 26%. Down 1 %
- Waist: 40.5 inches. Down 0.5 inches.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
- Diet: Just eat sensibly.
The bottom line: The next update is Monday. Maybe I will finally avoid the wheels coming off.
