This recipe is a nice ginger apple smoothie that has a well-rounded flavor and nutrition.

Apple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

 1 medium appleCored and chopped
 2 mini or one small cucumbersChopped
 1 oz baby spinach
 1 oz lemon juiced
 1 tsp lemon zest
 1 tbsp ground flax seed
 1 cup skim milkI used Fairlife ultra filtered
 4 ice cubes

Directions:

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
