 1.50 oz baby spinach
 2 bananas
 2 tbsp cacao powder
 2 dates
 8 oz fair life non-fat milk
 1 cup ice

Directions:

Notes:
  1. I really like this recipe, but I did nto care for the fake yogurt added to it. If you are vegan, swap out the milk I used with soy, nut, or coconut milk.
  2. Cook time is blender time. Each serving has a whopping 10 grams of fiber.
