Ingredients:

 1 Navel Orange pealed and sectioned - can be frozen
 1 tsp honey
 8 oz frozen mangos
 1 cup Fairlife Skim Milk
 2 protein - unflavored or vanilla
 1 tsp orange zest
 2 tsp fitness fiber

Directions:

Place in blender and blend until smooth.
