A delicious, summery smoothie. Easily adaptable with other fruits.

Peach-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

 ½ box instant fat-free, sugar free vanilla pudding
 2 navel orangespeeled and separated
 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
 2 cups skim milk
 1 cup ice
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 canned whipped cream
 4 tsp fitness fiber

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until desired smoothness is achieved.

  1. The recipe is a delicious smoothie that combine the down hoem flavor and tangy peach and citrus orange.  It had ample protein and over 16 gram of fiber.
