Back on the wagon again.

A New Start
A New Start

I made weight 2 weeks ago and immediately fell off the wagon. I did really well and lost 20 pound in 2 months. I completed it by eating healthy, exercising daily, and avoiding empty calories. The bad news is that I fell off the wagon, but the good news is that it was only for 2 weeks. I have no idea how much weight I have gained. I will weigh myself in the morning and post an update on Friday. If history is any indication, I have gained 6-10 pounds.

My new goal is to lose over 20 lbs in 6 months. I have found that focusing on a healthy lifestyle and portion control works well for me. I need to focus on doing better when I eat out and on weekends. I love ice cream, Mexican food, and pizza. Those are difficult to keep in moderation once you start. WHO IN THE WORLD CAN STOP AT ONE NACHO CHIP OR SLCIE OF PIZZA? Not me.

My biggest problem is that I have no self control when it comes to food. I tend to strap on the feed bag and eat until the bag is empty. I have amazing self control until I make my goal and then, the wagon circles around. It is time to do things differently.

The bottom line: The good news is that I am only at 2 weeks off the wagon. I will now restart and make my goal quicker. Wish me luck.
