I have to start new #4.

After nearly 10 weeks with no progress.  No excuses.  It is time to push forward.  

Update:

  • Weight:  238 pounds with 2 pounds gained since Monday.  Goal: 214 pounds.  24 pounds to go.
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

We will start today!
