Stagnation

The past two weeks have been full of the stagnation.

Report:

  • Weight: 224 pounds
  • Body Fat: 19%
  • Diet: Improved but too many sweets.
  • Exercise: Daily on the bike. Need to go to two-a-days.

The bottom line: Need improvement!
