Stagnation
The past two weeks have been full of the stagnation.
Report:
- Weight: 224 pounds
- Body Fat: 19%
- Diet: Improved but too many sweets.
- Exercise: Daily on the bike. Need to go to two-a-days.
The bottom line: Need improvement!
