Intermittent fasting day number 5
I have had a good week. I have been sticking to the fast relatively well.
Update:
- Weight: 234 pounds – down 3 pounds since 24 February .
- Body fat: 27%.
- Waist: 40.5 inches. Down 0.5 inches.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
- Diet: Smoothie for lunch and a sensible dinner. About 1200 calories total with 35 grams of fiber per day.
The bottom line: Next update is Monday. I have a business trip next week so keep you fingers crossed for me.
