Intermittent fasting: No change this week.
I am still happy with my success, and no change is better than a gain.
Update:
- Weight: 230 pounds – lost 7 pounds since 24 February. (237)
- Body fat: 20%. Down 6 %
- Waist: 39 inches. Down 2 inches.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 10 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week – I have exercised 5 of 7 days.
- Diet: I am having a shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. I am trying to have fruit as a dessert.
The bottom line: The next update is Monday.
