Intermittent fasting day number 8

Ok, I started this change a week at approximately 236 and today I weight 234. The weight is coming off and I am not hungry but I did have a little alcohol over the weekend. That sort of derailed my fasting.

Update:

  • Weight: 234 pounds – gained 2 pounds in a weekend.
  • Body fat: 29%, down by 1 percent in 6 weeks. Down 0.5 in a week of fasting. No change over the weekend.
  • Waist: 41 inches. Down 0.5 in a week.

The bottom line: Intermittent fasting may be the solution, but I am not quite there yet.
