Back in the saddle for 7 days.

I have had a good week with exercise 3 ofd 7 days and fairly good diet selections. I have avoided alcohol but had some sweets.

Update:

  • Weight: 231 pounds – lost 5 pounds since 1 June (236).
  • Body fat: 19%. Down 1%
  • Waist: 38.5 inches. Down 0.5 inch.
  • Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 11 pounds to go.
  • Exercise – 3 days a week.
  • Diet: I have had more fiber and less meat this week.

The bottom line: One week at a time. Success if worth building itself.
